ROCINST Demonstrates Precision Composite Testing at SAMPE 2024

At SAMPE 2024 in Beijing, ROCINST presented its BOYI universal testing systems engineered for composite materials, providing multi-scale testing solutions from constituent materials to structural validation.

 

Composite materials require testing that addresses anisotropy, interfacial behavior, and complex failure mechanisms. Our demonstrations focused on three critical application areas

 

ConstituentSingle-fiber tensile and resin compression testing for intrinsic property analysis.

Laminate :Interlaminar shear (ILSS), open-hole compression, and flexure testing to assess ply design and interface performance.

Structural :Static and fatigue testing of bolted and bonded joints for design validation.

 

BOYI systems incorporate features specifically designed to meet composite testing requirements:
