Abstract: This article introduces the use of the Kunpeng BOYI 2025 electronic universal material testing machine, combined with a manual wedge tensile fixture and a high-precision strain gauge axial extensometer. According to the three methods specified in "GB/T 228.1-2022 Metallic Materials Tensile Testing Part 1: Room Temperature Test Methods," tensile tests on metal materials were conducted as examples. The test results show that the Kunpeng BOYI 2025 electronic universal material testing machine can fully accommodate tensile tests of various metal material rods or plate specimens.

Abstract: This article introduces the use of the Kunpeng BOYI 2025 electronic universal testing machine and pneumatic foil-specific fixtures, referencing standards "GB/T 1040.1-2018 Determination of tensile properties of plastics", "GB/T 1040.3-2006 Determination of tensile properties of plastics Part 3: Test conditions for films and sheets", "GB/T 5230-2020 Electrolytic copper foil for printed circuit boards", and "YB/T 4334-2013 Metal foil Room temperature tensile test method" to conduct tensile tests on composite current collector samples. The study evaluates mechanical properties such as tensile strength and elongation at break of the composite current collectors.

Abstract: This article introduces the use of the Kunpeng BOYI 2025 electronic universal testing machine, combined with pneumatic double push-pull tensile fixtures and Reliant high-precision axial extensometers, to conduct tensile tests on carbon fiber tow according to the "GB T3362-2017 Carbon Fiber Tow Tensile Performance Test Method." The test results show that the Kunpeng BOYI 2025 electronic universal testing machine can fully meet the requirements for testing the tensile strength and elastic modulus of carbon fiber tow. Abstract: This article introduces the use of the Kunpeng BOYI 2025 electronic universal material testing machine, combined with a 500N pneumatic double-push tensile fixture and a flexible copper-clad laminate peeling fixture. According to Section 2.4.9-1 of the "IPC-TM-650 Test Methods Manual" - Peeling Strength of Cover Copper on Flexible Dielectric Materials, a peeling test of flexible copper-clad laminate was conducted. The peeling strength characterizes the adhesion strength between the copper layer and the substrate. The test results show that the Kunpeng BOYI 2025 electronic universal material testing machine can fully support the peeling test of flexible copper-clad laminate. The test results show that the Kunpeng BOYI 2025 electronic universal material testing machine can fully meet the requirements of rubber tear testing. Referring to the "ASTM D638-22 Standard Test Method for Tensile Properties of Plastics," an example test of the tensile modulus and Poisson's ratio of laminated boards was conducted. The test results show that the Kunpeng BOYI 2025 electronic universal material testing machine can fully accommodate the tensile testing of laminated boards.
