

Tape 90° and 180° Peel Test

Abstract: This article introduces the use of the Kunpeng BOYI 2025 electronic universal materials testing machine, combined with a 100N load sensor, a 50N manual planar tensile fixture, and a 90° peel test fixture. According to Method 1 and Appendix B of the "GB/T 2792-2014 Test Method for Adhesive Tape Peel Strength," examples of 90° and 180° peel tests on adhesive tape were conducted. The test results show that the Kunpeng BOYI 2025 electronic universal materials testing machine can fully meet the requirements for adhesive tape peel strength testing. Laminated Board Bending Strength and Bending Modulus Test

Abstract: This article introduces the use of the Kunpeng BOYI 2025 electronic universal material testing machine, combined with a three-point bending fixture, to conduct a three-point bending test on laminate boards according to Section 2.4.4 of the "IPC-TM-650 Test Methods Manual" for bending strength of laminate boards (at room temperature). The test results show that the Kunpeng BOYI 2025 electronic universal material testing machine can fully accommodate the bending test of laminate boards. According to "GB/T 1040.1-2018 Plastics — Determination of tensile properties" and "GB/T 1040.2-2022 Plastics — Determination of tensile properties Part 2: Test conditions for moulding and extrusion plastics," an example of plastic tensile strength and elongation testing is conducted.
